Chicago Bulls Rumors: 3 DeMar DeRozan trades to consider this offseason

Trade Number 2: The Chicago Bulls strike a deal with the New York Knicks
One of the teams that figures to be active this offseason is the New York Knicks, which shouldn’t come as a surprise to anybody. The Knicks are always one of those teams involved in plenty of rumors, whether it’s during the offseason or prior to each season’s trade deadline.
The Knicks are a team that could compete for more, here, pretty soon. They have some nice pieces already on the roster, but a veteran leader and scorer like DeRozan would be a huge asset to their squad. If they picked up the player option for Derrick Rose, maybe a deal like this would be feasible.
Yes, Rose would be coming home, which would definitely sell tickets. Not to mention, the Bulls’ misfortune at the point guard position is now requiring them to make Coby White a priority. Having White and Rose in the back court, along with Ayo Dosunmu, would be a nice trio.
The big piece, here, is Mitchell Robinson. The Bulls find their replacement for Nikola Vucevic, whom they ultimately see sign elsewhere if a deal like this goes down. Robinson is a true center with defensive and rebounding skills; someone who can truly man the paint.
Of course, the Bulls also come away with a first rounder (maybe protected, to keep it fair). But, the Knicks are going all-in on winning a title next season.
