3. Week Six: Home vs Minnesota Vikings

The Chicago Bears want to be better than the Minnesota Vikings in 2023.

Every team in the league should respect the team that won their division the year prior. The Minnesota Vikings probably weren’t as good as their record indicated but they were still world’s better than the Chicago Bears.

If the Bears want to win the division any time soon, the Vikings are one of the teams they need to be better than. In week six, we will learn how far behind them the Bears are if at all.

This might be a year in which the Bears can pass them. That will be tested in this matchup that will take place at Soldier Field on October 15th.

Of course, Justin Fields is going to be continuing his development all season long but his matchups against the division are very important. He will surely be motivated to play well against a team like the Vikings, especially the first time of the year in week six.

They will play each other again in week 12 on November 27th. That one will be held in Minnesota so it will also be a great road test in a very loud building.

Every game is going to be tough but these three stick out above the rest.
