The Chicago Bears made a boatload of notable editions in the 2023 NFL Draft. 10 new playmakers were added to the roster, all of whom have the ability to make an impact in their rookie seasons.

GM Ryan Poles was able to add depth to a variety of different positions. He found upgrades to offensive tackle, defensive tackle, cornerback, and wide receiver. That is a quality haul for the young general manager.

Darnell Wright, Gervon Dexter, Tyrique Stevenson, Zacch Pickens, Roschon Johnson, and Tyler Scott should all see playing time right away.

Guys like Noah Sewell, Terrell Smith, Travis Bell, and Kendall Williamson are likely developmental pieces who will make an impact on special teams before anything else.

Adding a bunch of young talent is always a positive, especially for a rebuilding team like the Bears. For the veterans on the roster, not so much. Every season established NFL veterans lose jobs to up-and-coming rookies and this year won’t be any different.
