Chicago Bears at Los Angeles Chargers

Seeing Chicago Bears vs the Los Angeles Chargers on primetime would be cool.

This matchup is too electric to not be considered for primetime. Both Justin Fields and Justin Herbert are two of the most explosive playmakers in the league, so this matchup could end up being special.

The amount of offensive talent in this game would be enough to draw in viewers from across the country. Justin Herbert, Austin Eckler, Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and new draftee Quenton Johnson make for an explosive Charger passing attack.

On the other sideline, Justin Fields, D.J. Moore, Chase Claypool, Darnell Mooney, and Roschon Johnson will be trying to match the scoring for Chicago. It is a shootout waiting to happen.

This matchup could easily become a trap game for Los Angeles. The Bears had one of the worst-ranked defenses in the league in 2022.

With the Chargers playing host, it could be easy for them to underestimate this young and inexperienced Chicago team, turning this into a competitive matchup.

Defensively, this would be a perfect test for this young Bears’ defense. The youthful secondary of Jaylon Johnson, Jaquon Brisker, Kyler Gordon, and Tyrique Stevenson would be able to prove to the world that they are one of the best units in football.

As for the revamped front seven, they would be tested with the tall task of stopping an Austin Eckler lead rushing attack.

At the end of the day, a well-traveled Bears fanbase could really stir up some noise in SoFi Stadium.
