Max Domi loved playing for the Chicago Blackhawks before he was traded.

The Chicago Blackhawks had some good moments with Max Domi. He really revived his career in the first three quarters of the season. He made it clear that he loved playing for Luke Richardson so it was a good year for him.

Chicago then traded him to the Dallas Stars at the trade deadline where he helped them create even greater depth than they already had. Obviously, they are still alive in the Stanley Cup Playoffs so it is working.

Domi, based on a lot of his comments, might be someone that really wants to return to Chicago for a variety of reasons. Adding Connor Bedard could certainly add to that.

He also has a bit of a snarl to his game which might be something that helps keep opponents away from Bedard who is going to get a lot of attention every night. Playing on a line with him would certainly make sense for a while.
