A wide receiver could really help Justin Fields and the 2023 Chicago Bears.

Everyone knows that the Chicago Bears have been lacking weapons over the years. David Montgomery is gone at running back but they now have a decent receiver room. With Cole Kmet as the primary tight end, the wide receiver room is only getting better.

DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney, and Chase Claypool are projected to be the top three. If they added a supreme fourth guy to fit in there somehow, they could go from having nothing to something really nice in short order.

Ohio State receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is the best receiver in the class and should be the first one taken off the board. The Bears could absolutely consider him with pick number nine.

Of course, Justin Fields and JSN have the Ohio State connection which would be really cool to see come to life on an NFL field. You’d think that the offense takes a big step forward with a guy like that joining the squad.

We don’t know where Ryan Poles’ heart is at when it comes to a position for this pick but these are some really good players for him to think about with this selection.
