The Chicago Bears could trade down again after the first move if they are smart.

The Chicago Bears could easily move down again if they are smart. If the Houston Texans get the first overall pick from the Bears, the Indianapolis Colts might move up from four to two in order to select whoever their rival Texans don’t get.

They won’t pay as much to go from four to two as they would from four to one but the Bears could still make out huge here. Getting down to the fourth overall pick in addition to more later picks this year could change this franchise for a long time if they hit on the selections.

Round One – Pick Four

829. . EDGE. Crimson Tide . Will Anderson Jr. 4. player

Everyone knows about Will Anderson Jr. He is a very good edge rusher coming out of Alabama. Of course, playing there you know how to play a pro-style of football which should help him translate into the NFL game.

If there wasn’t an overvalue for quarterbacks in the NFL and the best player went first overall, Will Anderson Jr. would either go first or second. It is he and Jalen Carter out of Georgia leading the way with that.

In this mock, he falls to Chicago at four after a couple of other teams move up and select quarterbacks ahead of him. You can expect him to have a very good career because of his pure ability to get to the quarterback. Whether it is with the Bears or not, he will be a pleasure to watch.
