The Chicago Bulls could trade Zach LaVine to the Los Angeles Lakers, teaming up with LeBron James

Finally, the Bulls could trade LaVine to the Los Angeles Lakers. Being a West Coast kid and playing his college ball at UCLA, this might be LaVine’s best-case scenario. Although, depending on where the Lakers finish in the coming years, the picks could end up being less than ideal.

In this trade, the Bulls get two first-round picks from the Lakers, both unprotected. They also get Russell Westbrook, who is in the last year of his contract and comes off the books this summer. Austin Reaves is a more significant part of this trade, because he’s a young wing who can shoot the three ball.

Chicago would be best suited to bring Reaves back and keep him around for a while after this season, as he’s shown plenty of promise with Los Angeles this year.

Along with LaVine, the Lakers get big man Marko Simonovic, who the Bulls have rarely used. Los Angeles also gets Goran Dragic to help fill out the Lakers’ point guard depth.
