The Chicago Bulls have had a really tough season so far. They beat really good teams on a regular basis but constantly lose to terrible teams across the league. Most of the difference makers from last year have either been hurt or not as good which is why they are currently under .500.

One of those players that was a difference maker last year but is hurt this year is Lonzo Ball. We have been kind of in the dark when it comes to him for most of the year just knowing that he might plan on returning at some point. The Chicago Bulls could certainly use him.

Well, there was a bit of encouraging news on Friday that was started because of something that Lonzo Ball did. On his Instagram, he posted a video of him dunking a basketball. That is fantastic news for him as he is recovering from an injury.

With the video, he posted it with the caption:

"“He that can’t endure the bad, will not live to see the good”"

The caption was also accompanied by the heart emoji that has been repaired from being broken. Honestly, that is a great bit of news because he is hinting that he is on his way back from being injured. If he is back to practicing his dunking on an actual court, that is very good.

Getting Lonzo Ball back would be outstanding for the Chicago Bulls.

This encouraging update for Lonzo Ball is, as mentioned before, amazing news for the Chicago Bulls. They need to get everyone healthy, in the lineup, and ready to go for the playoffs if they somehow find a way to make it. Getting Ball back would certainly help.

Now, getting Lonzo Ball healthy won’t be the end-all-be-all for the Bulls. They need the rest of the roster to get back to their high-level status in order for the team to play at an elite level again. Lonzo Ball’s return certainly could help get everyone back into a position to succeed.

Injuries are a part of sports but it is cool when a high-profile player like Lonzo Ball posts a video like this and gets fans excited. It might not mean that his return is next week or anything like that but he wouldn’t post it for no reason. The hard part of his return is likely in the past.
