Mike Evans would make things very easy on the Chicago Bears offense in 2023.

The Chicago Bears have a lot of different options available to them this off-season. One that might come as a bit of a surprise to people is Mike Evans. No rumors or anything like that exists but it just makes sense as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers might look a bit different next season.

They are getting ready to host the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night despite making it to the playoffs with a sub.500 record at 8-9. It wasn’t that good of a season for them so some change might be coming no matter how the playoffs go.

Tom Brady might be leaving either because of retirement or going somewhere else which will leave them without one of the few things that makes them truly great. With all of the cash that they are having to spend next year, letting Mike Evans go might really help relieve them.

He might not want to stick around through a rebuild anyway if that is the direction that they are forced to go. Who can blame him? If the Bears traded for him, he’d get to come to play with Justin Fields in hopes that they can turn the corner as an organization and make the playoffs.
