The Blackhawks could get some really good assets in return for Patrick Kane.

The Chicago Blackhawks need picks and prospects. They are a terrible team with Patrick Kane because of the fact that he has nobody good to play with. It is a bad time in Chicago right now for their NHL team and things need to be done in order for it to get right.

That process has already started but the legends are next. As mentioned already, one first-round pick has to be received for Patrick Kane. Unless they wait until it is too late, that is something they should really try their best to get.

Chase Stillman was a strange draft pick at the time for the New Jersey Devils but he is turning into a good player as a member of the Peterborough Petes of the OHL. He is a “high character” type of guy that has some offensive abilities in order to generate points.

New Jersey drafted him in the first round but it was a bit of a surprise kind of pick. He is a good player but he would probably get more of an opportunity with the Blackhawks. You might remember his brother Riley who played a few seasons with the Blackhawks.

Graeme Clarke was a third-round pick by the Devils in the 2019 NHL Draft and he has been growing his game ever since. Now, he is playing with the AHL’s Utica Comets following a nice career with the Ottawa 67’s. He is a project worth taking on for a rebuilding team like the Hawks.

This is what a “lower-end” trade for Patrick Kane would look like and it would still be adding some good assets to the organization. If nobody bites because he has a high cap hit for less than a year, you make this kind of deal.
