Potential wide receiver cuts the Chicago Bears should monitor

The Chicago Bears could sign T.J. Vasher if he is cut
Dallas Cowboys training camp has been quite the ride for fans watching their wide receiver room. One thing was for sure, coming in, and that’s the immediate future of veteran Michael Gallup. He will not be ready for Week 1, and it’ll take him a little longer before he sees the field.
With that in mind, it’s CeeDee Lamb and a bunch of other guys — but the thing is, many of those guys have performed extremely well in camp. Some thought that the Cowboys would end up starting rookie Jalen Tolbert opposite of Lamb once Week 1 rolled around. But, Tolbert has had his work cut out for him, battling with a group of other receivers who want it badly.
Undrafted rookie Dennis Houston has had a great camp and looks like he’ll end up making the roster, barring something surprising happening. Veteran Noah Brown has also made some nice plays in camp, and could find himself making the final 53. Between those guys, you have four — Lamb, Tolbert, Houston and Brown.
Then, there’s Simi Fehoko who is also making some nice plays at practice. James Washington would have been the next guy up, but he suffered a foot injury that will keep him out several weeks.
The Cowboys have a lot of unproven options, but so many of them have had great camps. If veteran T.J. Vasher is the odd man out, he’d be a nice pickup for the Bears.
Vasher has yet to play in an NFL game after going undrafted out of Texas Tech last year, but the 6-foot-6 wideout has also been an impressive name in camp. Any one of the last four guys in Cowboys camp could get the boot, but Vasher would be a tantalizing guy to add, considering his size.
