The Chicago Bears are fully underway in their 2022 NFL Training Camp. There are a lot of issues with this team but there are also a few things to be excited about.

Justin Fields looks very promising as he is trying to become the first legit franchise quarterback in the history of the team. Even if they are bad this year, he might be good.

The roster is not very appealing right now and this team would need a miracle to be a playoff team this year. As a result, they need to keep building on the core they are starting.

There are a few players on the team right now that need to be traded for a variety of reasons. There are three that should be gone before training camp ends:

57. . DL. Chicago Bears. Robert Quinn. 94. player

The Chicago Bears should consider trading Robert Quinn before the season.

Robert Quinn was probably the best player on the team in 2021. He broke the Chicago Bears’ single-season record for sacks. It is unfortunate that an effort like that was for a team that was so bad and had no chance.

In 2020, he was awful and looked like one of the worst signed contracts in the National Football League. That makes him a hard player to evaluate going into this season. He certainly won’t be as bad as he was in 2020 but he may not be as dominant as he was in 2021 either.

The Bears should think about trading him before the start of the season. A contender might give up something nice for a guy who gets to the quarterback as well as Quinn. There is no point in keeping him on this very bad team.
