3 insane Ian Happ trade packages with New York Yankees

The Chicago Cubs could land good players from the NY Yankees for Ian Happ.

The New York Yankees are loaded on their MLB roster. They have the best record in the American League and are seen as the favorites to win the pennant and have a chance at the World Series. Adding someone like Ian Happ could really help them with that cause.

They haven’t been scared to trade prospects for MLB players in the past. Whenever they feel that they need something, they really never hesitate. Happ is someone that they could use as the rich try to get richer. If he went there and played well, the Yankees would look so smart.

Luis Gil is a right-handed pitcher currently pitching in AAA. He is 24 years old and could come up to the big leagues at any time. If he were t come up to the Cubs, he might start with Iowa but it probably wouldn’t be long before he made his MLB debut.

As for Oswaldo Cabrera, we have our first position player on this post. He is someone who can come into the organization and provide depth/ future hope for them at shortstop or third base. It sounds like his ceiling might be higher at third but you never know. Landing these two for Happ would be a big win.
