3 teams that should trade for Chicago Bears DE Robert Quinn
By Ryan Heckman
The Dallas Cowboys should trade for Chicago Bears pass rusher Robert Quinn
The NFC East is still viewed as a very winnable division. While the Dallas Cowboys seem to be a favorite, the Philadelphia Eagles are coming off a playoff season and have only added talent since then.
The Washington Commanders could be a sneaky team, as well, so long as their defensive front is healthy. For the Dallas Cowboys to cement themselves as the division favorite, they should pair Quinn with Demarcus Lawrence and Micah Parsons.
Quinn is actually familiar with Dallas, too, after having played there just before he came to Chicago. Back in 2019, Quinn tallied 11.5 sacks in Dallas and had one of his best seasons in a few years.
Now coming off one of the best campaigns of his career, Quinn could return to Dallas and help them secure an NFC East title en route to a playoff run. Dallas’ defense could be an intriguing group with Quinn, Lawrence, Parsons and cornerback Trevon Diggs.
It should be noted that some cap work would have to be done for these trades to go through, but teams always have a knack for figuring those things out. Should any one of these teams reach out to the Bears, Ryan Poles should make it happen.
