The Miami Dolphins should trade for Chicago Bears pass rusher Robert Quinn
The Miami Dolphins are looking to become a team on the rise in 2022, especially after they struck a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs to acquire wide receiver Tyreek Hill. Adding HIll to a brand-new offense under new head coach Mike McDaniel, along with a back field featuring several talented names, the Dolphins could surprise some people this year.
Miami also has some nice pieces on defense, particularly in their secondary. The Dolphins boast Byron Jones and Xavien Howard at cornerback, plus young safeties Jevon Holland and Brandon Jones.
In order to compete this season, the Dolphins are going to have to deal with two possible heavy-hitters within the division. The New England Patriots always seem to find a way to be relevant, plus the Buffalo Bills are one of the best offenses in the league. In order to compete with the likes of these teams, the Dolphins should go add one more piece, and specifically a pass rusher.
This is where Quinn comes in. The addition of Quinn would allow the secondary to make even more of those big plays that Miami is accustomed to. The Dolphins have been great in the takeaway department recently, and adding a sack artist like Quinn would only further that cause.
