Chicago Bears depth chart predictions: Offensive Line
By Josh De Luca
The Chicago Bears have many decisions to make at every position this offseason. With so many new faces being added from both free agency and the draft, there is a lot of work to do. Some position groups on the team have a more obvious path to being finalized than others.
The offensive line is one of the Bears biggest question marks. The current line is currently very young and has a lot of potential. Not too many veterans or experienced players currently in that position group. Almost every single player in that room will be given an opportunity to show what they have during camp.
One of the reasons the depth chart will be harder to predict is because of all the recent draft capital general manager Ryan Poles spent on the O-line. Day three of the NFL draft saw the Bears select four different linemen, all of whom will be given an opportunity to compete for a spot.
With OTA’S just starting up for teams around the league, the Bears are still moving pieces around trying to figure out where different players will play. Overall, the offensive line doesn’t have much playing experience, and chemistry wise, are still working things out.
