The Chicago Bulls should target guard Kennedy Chandler in the 2022 NBA Draft

If not either of the previous options, the Bulls might even be best off if they were able to get Tennessee guard Kennedy Chandler at their spot in the draft. The 6-foot-1 point guard is one of the more intriguing guard prospects in this class.

Chandler, first and foremost, is an extremely quick athlete. He has some of the best overall speed and lightning fast reaction time out of this entire class. Because of that, Chandler can defend and he can defend well. Last season, he averaged an impressive 2.2 steals per game with the Volunteers.

An even better shooter than the aforementioned Washington, Chandler shot over 38 percent from three last year as a freshman and over 46 percent from the field overall. The most impressive part of his shooting ability is the fact that it got better as the season went on. Per NBADraftNet, Chandler shot 57 percent from beyond the arc in March and took over four attempts per game.

Chandler does have to work on taking care of the ball, as his fast and aggressive style of play accounted for 2.5 turnovers per game last year.

This is a kid who could step right into a bench role, though, and offer the Bulls a strong midrange shooter who is a pest defensively. At no. 18, the Bulls should feel great about landing Chandler.
