Chicago Bulls could pursue these 3 free agents from the Miami Heat

The Chicago Bulls could sign free agent guard Caleb Martin
Lastly, the Bulls could go after free agent wing Caleb Martin. The 26-year-old is entering his first free agency as a pro and has become a great bench asset for the Heat. This past year, Martin enjoyed his best season yet.
As a defender, Martin had by far his best year as a pro, posting a defensive rating of 108 per Sports Reference. When the Bulls are healthy, they can be a tenacious team on defense and Martin would only add to that fire.
He is also a solid scorer from deep, shooting over 41 percent from beyond the arc this past year. The Heat will have to pay up to keep Martin, who could go elsewhere and be just as important of a piece and earn a good amount of money.
Over the 2021-2022 season, he played 23 minutes per game and averaged 9.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.0 steal. Martin also shot the best he’s ever shot in his three years as a pro (50.7 percent).
Should Martin sign with the Bulls, he and Alex Caruso could be a dynamic one-two punch off the bench. Between their defense and Martin’s scoring here and there, the Bulls would benefit greatly from pairing Martin with Caruso.
