Week 13 vs. Green Bay Packers: Loss

Chicago is suddenly 6-6 and in the playoff hunt. Those playoff hopes all end here. The Bears just have not bridged the talent gap between them and their hated rival.

Unless Aaron Rodgers is hurt, he will continue to own the Chicago Bears.

Week 14 Bye Week

This would be an excellent week to go Christmas shopping.

Week 15 vs. Philadelphia Eagles: Loss

Quarterback Jalen Hurts took a nice step forward in his development last season. There are still questions but if Justin Fields has the type of season Hurts had last year, that would be some nice progress for the Bears’ young quarterback.

The Eagles went out and acquired receiver A.J. Brown to team up with DeVonta Smith.

If Hurts takes another positive step forward, the Eagles should be in the thick of the NFC East title race. The Eagles are just better than the Bears right now and the Bears drop to 6-8.

Week 16 vs. Buffalo Bills: Loss

Quarterback Josh Allen had a rough rookie year much as Fields did. Allen is now an MVP contender. The Bills are Super Bowl contenders.

The Buffalo Bills should win unless the plane never takes off.

Week 17 at Detroit Lions: Win

The Bears barely won at Detroit on Thanksgiving last season. They were also playing without Justin Fields. If Fields is playing well and is healthy, the Bears should win this game in the Motor City.

Week 18 vs. Minnesota Vikings: Loss

Soldier Field has been a house of horrors for the Vikings. They seemed to have solved that problem at least last season.

At this point, injuries could play a big role in who wins the game. The Vikings could be in the hunt for the final playoff spot.

That is why the Vikings will send the Bears to a 7-10 season.
