The Chicago Bears overhauled their entire organization this offseason. They kicked it off by firing both general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy. Thier dismissal was two years overdue but it is better late than never. Now, they are going to move forward.

They hired Matt Eberflus to be their new head coach and Ryan Poles to be their new general manager. Each of them is starting to make an impact on the team as they get ready for the 2022 season. It doesn’t appear that they are, however, going to be a very good team this year.

Justin Fields is the kid quarterback that they are trying to build around. If he stays healthy and has a really nice year, this season will be really nice regardless of thier overall record. He might even be able to elevate their whole team.

The Bears might only have a few more years left as a team that actually plays in Chicago so people might want to go to Soldier Field and see them pay while they still can. They probably won’t be very good for most of thier remaining years in Chicago but you also never know what happens.
