The Chicago Bears could target Wan’Dale Robinson by trading back

In the fourth round, the Bears could find themselves staring at the potential of adding Kentucky offensive weapon Wan’Dale Robinson, should they trade back. He has the label “offensive weapon” more so because, although he lines up at wide receiver, Robinson very well could be used in a similar role to Deebo Samuel with the 49ers in 2021.

Robinson is just 5-foot-8 and 175 pounds, but he plays much tougher than his listed size. He is someone you want to ensure touches the football by any means necessary, because when he is in the open field, he can make magic happen.

Offering decent speed with a 4.44 in his 40-yard dash, Robinson is far quicker than he is fast. He is one of those quick-twitch athletes who makes guys miss after the catch and does well in shedding tacklers.

Last year, the Wildcats offense did whatever they could to get Robinson the football. He ended up with 104 catches for 1,334 yards and seven receiving touchdowns. He also rushed seven times for 111 yards (15.9 avg).
