In round three, the Bears stick on the offensive side of the ball. With every fan worried about the team addressing the offense and giving Fields enough to develop, this is where Poles shines and puts those worries to rest.

One of the best-available offensive line targets in the third round is going to be Memphis product Dylan Parham. Coming into the NFL, Parham fits best in a run-heavy system, and ideally more of a zone scheme. That’s why he fits well in Chicago.

At 6-foot-3 and 311 pounds, Parham is actually a little undersized in terms of his overall mass. But, with that comes his athleticism. Parham ran a 4.93 at the Combine and showed off some pretty quick footwork in drills. He would be a great fit in this Bears offense and excels in run-blocking.

Parham is also a smart player, being well aware of his assignments and where he needs to be.

Not all of his prowess comes in the run game, either. He has some quick, powerful hands to help lock onto pass rushers. As far as an ideal fit in this area of the draft, you can’t get much better than Parham.
