5 players Chicago Bears could target with Khalil Mack pick

Players the Chicago Bears could draft with Khalil Mack pick: WR George Pickens, Georgia
One of the most exciting prospects that could become available at no. 48 is Georgia wide receiver George Pickens. The Bears need another top-tier receiver and, because Pickens missed most of last year, they could get one this late in the draft.
Pickens is a tall, lanky body at 6-foot-3 and gives his quarterbacks a wide catch radius. He’s an explosive guy who can get behind a defense and pluck balls out of the air with ease. His 4.47 speed is nothing too spectacular, but Pickens still manages to separate because of his excellent footwork.
He excels in getting himself away from defenders because his route-running is truly a thing of beauty. Quick cuts allow Pickens to find himself open often.
Last spring, Pickens was injured and ended up missing almost the entire season. It was supposed to be his breakout year, which could have launched him into the first round. Fortunately for a team like the Bears, that may end up being a blessing. Pickens has the potential to be a true number one receiver, and he’d fit well with a Bears offense lacking playmakers.
