Chicago Bears should spend big money on these 5 free agents

The Chicago Bears should spend big on free agent cornerback J.C. Jackson
If we’re talking about blank checks, the Bears have a couple of other options in free agency that are more than deserving. New England Patriots free agent cornerback J.C. Jackson is absolutely worth the money, and it seems as though he’s headed for a new team.
Recently, Jackson said that he feels as though the Patriots are saying don’t need him. That certainly feels like a guy who now wants to be with a different organization. It’s almost as if a bridge has been burned, and Jackson is destined for a new uniform next season.
That’s too bad for the Patriots, because other than maybe Jalen Ramsey and Tre’Davious White, Jackson could be the next-best cornerback in football over the past four seasons. His ball production is undeniable, as he’s racked up a ridiculous 53 passes defensed over his four years — including 23 last season alone.
In order, here are Jackson’s opposing quarterback ratings allowed over his first four seasons: 38.8, 34.1, 66.5 and 46.8.
The Bears have a massive need at cornerback, and Jackson is without a doubt the best available — and maybe the best the Bears will have a chance at in a while.
