Staying with the offensive side and going back to another weapon for Fields, the Bears draft one of the more underrated guys in this entire class with North Dakota State’s Christian Watson. This type of guy is always going to fly under the radar, mostly because Watson played against lesser talent at the collegiate level.

Watson stands 6-foot-4, weighing in around 210 pounds. He is another towering receiver who could line up anywhere for the Bears. His college tape reveals pure, utter domination. On video, he looks like he could be a top-5 receiver in this draft. Unfortunately, again, his competition was no where near the level of many other receivers.

The biggest improvement Watson showed this past season was that he could run a wider variety of routes. He matured in a big way, here, and gives confidence to NFL coaches that he can be used in a multitude of routes.

Watson is a known leader in his locker room and the hardest worker on the team, which is a phenomenal attribute to have, especially knowing Matt Eberflus is all about the hard work and gritty attitude. In the fourth round, you can’t get much better than the Bears drafting Watson.
