3 offensive free agents who could follow Matt Eberflus to Chicago Bears

If T.Y. Hilton had another year or two in him, he’d greatly impact Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields
This offseason, you are going to see a potentially-massive change at wide receiver for the Bears. Entering year two, Justin Fields needs more playmakers. He is going to lose Allen Robinson, but there never seemed to be much of a connection there to begin with.
It’s the Darnell Mooney show, at least to start out the offseason. Chicago has to make decisions on a handful of receivers: Marquise Goodwin, Damiere Byrd and Jakeem Grant.
Some have wondered whether T.Y. Hilton would opt to retire in the near future, but he is only 32 years old. Sure, injuries may have been an issue here and there. But, when healthy, Hilton is still as dependable a guy there is if you need someone to catch the football.
He isn’t what he once was in terms of the every-down deep threat, but Hilton would provide Fields with the reliability of a much-needed security blanket. His hands are as good as they’ve ever been, and he rarely drops a ball.
The security of having Hilton, plus his leadership in what might be a young receiver room, would be well-worth pursuing him as a free agent this spring.
