If you have watched any of the Indianapolis Colts in-season Hard Knocks this year, you may have picked up on this guy. He’s a bright man with plenty of nicknames for certain players. Brown has been a big part of the Colts’ being able to draft well in recent years.

The Colts have put together a strong roster, overall, and have proven they can draft with excellence. Brown has ties to Chicago, as well, after being the Director of Pro Personnel from 2001-2007.

For a couple of years now, Kwesi-Adofo-Mensah has been looked at as a sleeper GM candidate. But, now it appears he might actually get his shot. Adofo-Mensah is a highly intelligent guy, and has spent time on Wall Street before his NFL front office career.

Like Adofo-Mensah, Glenn Cook comes from the Browns organization — an organization which has put together a phenomenal roster over the past two years. The Browns have severely under-achieved, and that’s a sign of poor coaching. As for Cook, he’s worked closely with the aforementioned Adofo-Mensah in putting together one of the most well-rounded rosters in football.
