Jim Harbaugh’s experience with these quarterbacks would help Chicago Bears

Jim Harbaugh’s experience with Colin Kaepernick should be on Chicago Bears’ radar
When looking at Harbaugh coming to Chicago, obviously it is all about Justin Fields. Harbaugh loves his quarterbacks, and has worked with different styles. Colin Kaepernick is definitely the most unique quarterback Harbaugh has worked with over the years.
Kaepernick came to San Francisco after four years at Nevada, where he rushed for over 4,000 yards — as a quarterback!
Harbaugh knew what he was getting into when developing Kaepernick. This was a kid who could take off and run, and run well. But, he also had a cannon for an arm — and that’s what Harbaugh had to help develop further.
In Kaepernick’s second season as a pro, he started seven games. In those games, he averaged a career-best 8.6 net yards gained per pass attempt. To put that in perspective, Tom Brady’s best season was 9.4 net yards gained per attempt, and his career average is 7.8.
Harbaugh certainly knew what he was doing when allowing Kaepernick to first be himself, and enable him to use his legs, but also to help him become the best passer he could be.
Fields is an athletic freak, and will definitely be encouraged to run. But, honing in on his skills as a passer is something Harbaugh could do.
