Chicago Bears could hire these key staff members under Jim Harbaugh

Jim Harbaugh could bring in Ed Donatell as the Chicago Bears defensive coordinator
Ed Donatell has 31 years of coaching experience in the NFL and would be a prime fit in Chicago once again, after spending 2015-2018 with the team coaching the secondary. In 2019, Fangio brought him with to Denver in order to act as his defensive coordinator.
Denver has had a talented defense for a few years now, but had struggled with injuries at times. At full strength, Donatell’s defense is one of the best there is.
Donatell was coaching the Bears’ secondary the year that Kyle Fuller was an All Pro. He was there for the Eddie Jackson breakout. He knows Chicago and he had done a good job in his previous position with the team.
Back when Harbaugh was in San Francisco, Donatell coached the secondary for his defense as well. Donatell’s experience with some excellent defensive backs could truly help Jackson return to form, if he’ll ever get back there.
There’s something about bringing back a familiar face, who also has a connection with the new head coach. Donatell would be another great hire under Harbaugh, should Fangio not be the guy.
