Bruce Boudreau

Bruce Boudreau would be a good fit with these Chicago Blackhawks right now.

If there was an older coach that has been around to consider bringing back, it is Bruce Boudreau. he has been an elite NHL coach for a very long time and he would like to have one more kick at the can. The Chicago Blackhawks would be a perfect fit for him to try one more time at making an impact in the National Hockey League.

One of the reasons that Jeremy Colliton didn’t work out for them was because of the fact that he didn’t have a strong enough voice. He was around the same age as the veterans that have won championships which made things appear weird. Boudreau is an older gentleman that has had a serious amount of success as an NHL coach.

Boudreau spent time as the head coach of the Washington Capitals, Anaheim Ducks, and Minnesota Wild where he made the playoffs many times. He has coached many stars like Ryan Getzlaf, Corey Perry, Teemu Selanne, Alexander Ovechkin, Niklas Backstrom, and Zach Parise so you know he would be able to handle Chicago’s best.

Boudreau would also probably enjoy having the opportunity to coach the Hawks since he was a player for them at one point. He only played in seven games for them after spending six years with the Toronto Maple Leafs but he did score a goal for Chicago. It would be really cool to see him make his way back and try and get this Blackhawks team going again.
