1. Will Allen Robinson turn his season around for the Chicago Bears?

For the first nine games of the season, wide receiver Allen Robinson has been difficult to figure out. A few times, he’s been seen jogging through his routes and failing to give much effort. It’s been most noticeable if he isn’t the one which the play is designed for.

Robinson obviously won’t be back with the Bears next season, but the trade deadline has passed and he is stuck here for the remainder of this year. So, the question which is in his best interest is this: will Robinson pick it up over the second half of the season? At this stage, he is auditioning for his next contract.

Coming off his most productive game of the year and with one of the biggest catches of his season, Robinson has to build on his performance (four catches, 68 yards against the Steelers).

Seeing him turn his season around isn’t just in the best interest of Robinson and earning a big contract, but it’s also something this team needs to see from him when it comes to Justin Fields’ development. Robinson isn’t just helping himself get another deal in the offseason, but him putting in the effort is also going to help further Fields’ seasoning as a rookie.

Bears fans have faced the facts for a while now, and know he will be in another uniform in 2022, but Robinson is still in Chicago for now and he has a job to do.
