Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy could be replaced by Kellen Moore

From a sneaky, under-the-radar type to one of the guys who will be highly-coveted, we come to Kellen Moore. The Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator has turned that unit into one of the league’s best, so long as they have a healthy Dak Prescott.

Bringing Moore to Chicago could be the best thing that’s ever happened to Fields. When Moore took over as the Cowboys’ offensive coordinator in 2019, Prescott went on to have his best season yet as a pro, throwing for just shy of 5,000 yards and 30 touchdowns.

The thing Prescott has going for him right now is that the Cowboys have two very good running backs taking pressure off the passing game when needed. This is something Moore would also have in Chicago. Just like Dallas can lean on Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard, Chicago will lean on a healthy Montgomery and Herbert.

Moore’s offense is one of the more admired playbooks in the league right now, and he’s been lauded for his work in developing Prescott. He’d be a big name to watch for when it comes to the best interest of Fields.

After last season, Moore definitely had interest. After this season, you can bet he’ll be picked up pretty quickly as a head coach. Will it be in Chicago?
