Chicago Bears: There was no answer for Tom Brady on Sunday

Things went from bad to worse on Sunday for the Chicago Bears. Last week, they allowed Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers to march into Soldier Field and dominate them. This time, they went down to Florida so they can get dominated by Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Losing 38-3 is the new low point for these Matt Nagy-led Bears.

The Bears stood no chance on Sunday as Tom Brady was allowed to do whatever he wanted when the offense was out there. Justin Fields also had no answer for Tampa Bay’s defense as he only managed to lead them to three points. They weren’t even able to muster up a single touchdown in this disgusting game.

Fields had his worst game as a pro. He went 22/32 with 0 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. It isn’t all his fault because we know how bad Matt Nagy is at running an offense but this wasn’t his best game. Nobody is going to criticize Fields too much because we all know the circumstances but he does need to be much better. As long as he continues to work hard, development will come.

In franchise history, the Chicago Bears have never fired a coach in the middle of a season. The fact that history might keep them from doing that is a complete joke. Their philosophies over the years have led to way more losing than winning so they might as well start changing them, starting with firing the coach in the middle of the season.

Tom Brady welcomed the Chicago Bears to town by giving them absolutely no chance.

Tom Brady is the greatest football player in the history of the world. He dominates a lot of people but he didn’t even break a sweat in this one. He went 20/36 with a cool four touchdowns and no interceptions. He only went for 211 yards but that is why Brady is so great. He does what he needs to do to win and make sure he is healthy for the next week.

As the Bears leave Tampa Bay, they should just try to recreate everything that they do. Tom Brady has that organization doing literally everything the right way. They won the Super Bowl in his first year there which is incredibly hard to do.

Now they are trying to do something even harder which is go back to back. After watching the game against the Bears, it is certainly possible for them to get it done. The Bears had no answer for them. Their next opportunity will be a Halloween matchup with the San Francisco 49ers.
