The National Hockey League’s Central Division is one of the best. It has eight teams in it that will (mostly) all be competitive all season long. The Chicago Blackhawks made some big additions over the summer that they hope will allow them to compete this season. Many believe that they will play well which is very exciting for fans.

The division has a team that is the clear favorite to win and a clear favorite to come in last place. Every team in between could legitimately finish anywhere. The hope is that the Chicago Blackhawks are one of the teams that finish above the playoff line.

In order for that to happen, their awesome forward skill will need to score goals with help from what looks like a really solid defense. Of course, Marc Andre Fleury and Kevin Lankinen need to play well in net as well.

With players like Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane in the mix, they will always have a chance to win games. Support players that can also be considered stars like Alex DeBrincat, Dominik Kubalik, and Kirby Dach are going to be big pieces as well. With players like Seth Jones, Jake McCabe, and Connor Murphy on defense, they should be very good in all areas.

The Chicago Blackhawks are hoping that they can be a playoff team when it’s all over.

How is the division going to shake out? Well, as mentioned before, a lot of different things could happen. Based on how the rosters have shaken out so far, you can probably expect it to look something like this:
