Chicago Bulls: 3 players to sign with Lamarcus Aldridge off market

The Chicago Bulls could sign Mike Scott for front court depth
Veteran forward Mike Scott is someone I pegged for the Bulls to poach from the Philadelphia 76ers earlier this year. The long time Atlanta Hawk and former second-round pick back in 2012 is still searching for a new home, and at 33 years old, can continue to offer a franchise some veteran depth in the front court.
For the last two and a half years, Scott has been in Philly after being dealt from the Los Angeles Clippers. He’s been a staple on their bench during that time, playing upwards of 24 minutes per game at times.
Like the aforementioned Davis, Scott won’t stuff the stat sheet. He’s better at doing a lot of the little things — the dirty work, if you will.
Scott is a physical player who most fans won’t like to play against, but will appreciate having on their team. He is going to take those hard fouls at times while not backing down from anybody in the paint.
Over his nearly 10-year career, Scott has posted 6.7 points and 3.1 boards per game. Yet, the numbers don’t tell the whole story. This is a veteran worth having on your team.
