Chicago Bears: 5 Allen Robinson landing spots that would cause pain
By Ryan Heckman
Allen Robinson could go from the Chicago Bears to the Green Bay Packers
Lastly, and easily the team that would cause the most pain: the Green Bay Packers. Next spring is going to be a very interesting one for Green Bay. First of all, the obvious pain point for the Packers is Aaron Rodgers. That situation has to get figured out. Will Rodgers be in Green Bay at all going forward?
The next question the Packers have to answer is then at wide receiver. Davante Adams’ contract is up next year, and if they do not extend him as they’re rumored to want to do, the Packers will have to find a replacement.
Replacing Davante Adams is nearly impossible, but Robinson would be a nice consolation prize. Remember, the Packers wanted to sign Robinson back in 2018. Green Bay was one of the final teams Robinson had to decide on, and ultimately landed in Chicago.
If Robinson were to line up in the green and gold next season, there would be no forgiving him. This would be ten times worse than seeing Adrain Amos leave for Green Bay. This would be up there with Julius Peppers, folks. Robinson in Green Bay would be an absolute vomit fest.
