Allen Robinson could go from the Chicago Bears to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won a Super Bowl in Tom Brady’s first season with the team. After meshing midway through the year, with a few other new faces, the Bucs made their way to the top. Now, imagine what they can do in Year 2 with Brady. The real kicker, here, is that Brady plans to play multiple seasons still.

Next year, Chris Godwin will test free agency, along with Robinson. Godwin is playing on the franchise tag as well in 2021, and next year the Bucs will probably end up replacing him. Now, the Bucs have some young wideouts on the roster in Tyler Johnson and Jaelon Darden. However, with the money coming off the books from Godwin, they could immediately turn to Robinson.

An offense including Mike Evans and Robinson is just as scary, if not more so, than their current duo. The Bucs haven’t even figured out their long-term solution at running back, but it doesn’t matter with Brady under center along with the passing weapons. Add in Tampa’s top-tier defense which only looks like it’s improving, and they could be in for yet another Super Bowl run in 2021 — and potentially next year, with Robinson.

Watching Robinson go from Chicago to a possible Super Bowl team would be a tough pill to swallow for Bears fans.
