The Chicago White Sox getting Kris Bryant from the Chicago Cubs would be perfect.

There isn’t a more perfect fit for the Chicago White Sox on the Chicago Cubs roster right now than Kris Bryant. He can play five positions at a high level in the field and he can be a game-changing hitter in the middle of a starting lineup. With the way things have gone for the White Sox this season with injuries, Bryant could provide a steady boost to them in many ways.

If the Cubs traded Bryant to the White Sox or any team for that matter, they are going to want a lot back in return. They might not get as much as they once could have but a nice haul of prospects is still a possibility. If the White Sox sent Jonathan Stiever, Micker Adolfo, and Jake Burger to the Cubs, each team would be getting a little bit of what they need at this point in time.

Jonathan Stiever is the number four prospect in the White Sox organization right now. The Cubs lack pitching talent that still needs development so he would be a good fit there as well. Adolfo is the number six prospect in the White Sox system but he doesn’t seem to be coming up any time soon. It feels like he would be better suited for a fresh start in a fresh organization.

Jake Burger just recently made his MLB debut with the White Sox and it has gone well. He is their number 11 prospect but has fallen down that list because of his injury history. He is fully healthy right now and has been smashing AAA pitching before making it to the big leagues. He would be a great fit for the Cubs if they decide to rebuild.
