David Krejci would slot in perfectly with this version of the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Chicago Blackhawks need some help down the middle. We think that Jonathan Toews is going to be back but there are questions as to how good or healthy he will be. If he is productive, then it will be nice to have him back as the number one centre. That would make the addition of someone like David Krejci even better. This would be one of the better 1-2 punches in the division for at least a year.

Krejci has been one of the best Boston Bruins players in the history of the franchise. No matter what happens, there is a chance that this guy gets his number retired, that’s how good he’s been. However, at 35, the Bruins might be looking to move on. If they are, this might be a short term deal worth considering for the Blackhawks.

David Krejci has always been known for being a premier passer in the NHL. He can certainly score some goals but his playmaking ability has been outstanding. If he came to Chicago, snipers like Patrick Kane, Alex DeBrincat, and Dominik Kubalik would certainly benefit. It might feel wrong seeing him play for anyone besides the Bruins, but you just never know.
