Taylor Hall. 71. player. 70. . LW. Boston Bruins

Taylor Hall would be a very interesting fit with the Chicago Blackhawks going forward.

Taylor Hall has been very impressive in his NHL career for the most part but it has certainly been strange. He was the number one overall pick by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2010 NHL Draft. He was very good in his time with Edmonton. He felt like a guy who would make it out of their roster shakeup but he didn’t. The Oilers traded Hall to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for Adam Larsson.

When Hall got to Newark, things took off for him. He was literally the face of their franchise for a few years. He won the Hart Trophy as the NHL’s Most Valuable Player in 2018 after he led the Devils back to the Stanley Cup Playoffs. His contract negotiations, however, didn’t go well and New Jersey traded him to the Arizona Coyotes for a haul. COVID-19 season saw his tenure with the Yotes end in the bubble.

Hall ended up signing a one year deal with the Buffalo Sabres and things didn’t go well there either. They traded him to the Boston Bruins during this past season. They didn’t win the Cup and Hall is looking for a contract yet again.

Hall very well might stay with the Bruins as it seems to be the team he wants to play with the most. However, if he is forced to move on, the Chicago Blackhawks would love to have a left-winger like that. He is going to make a decent amount of money but not like anything the Devils were offering him back in the day. He would absolutely enhance their offensive attack right away if they made a signing like that.
