Chicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson should earn a Pro Bowl nod
Everybody knows the story of Allen Robinson. For years now, he has had to deal with some of the worst quarterback play of any receiver in the NFL. Yet, he still puts up Pro Bowl worthy numbers.

Last year, it was tough to argue with Davante Adams, DeAndre Hopkins, D.K. Metcalf and Justin Jefferson getting the nods. However, if all goes according to plan in 2021, Robinson should be in the mix.
In 2020, Robinson caught 102 passes for 1,250 yards and six touchdowns while playing with Mitchell Trubisky and Nick Foles. This year, he could be catching passes from Justin Fields sooner rather than later. If Fields gets out there early enough, Robinson could earn a career year.
Any rookie quarterback will depend heavily on the number one target, and that’s exactly what could end up happening with Fields and Robinson. Make no mistake — that’s a good thing. There are few receivers in the NFL as good as Robinson when it comes to separation and route running. If Fields needs to make a play, he’ll look Robinson’s way more often than not.
This coming season, Robinson very well could end up with 1,400 yards and double-digit touchdowns. If that happens, he won’t be denied of a Pro Bowl spot.
