Chicago Bears will select one of these players in first round of 2021 NFL Draft

Best available for the Chicago Bears at pick 20: OT Christian Darrisaw, Virginia Tech
There are a couple of offensive tackles the Bears could see fall to pick 20. The first and arguably best of the two is Virginia Tech’s Christian Darrisaw. As previously stated, the Bears don’t have long-term solutions at tackle and that position is their top need beyond quarterback.
The 6-foot-5 Darrisaw has been a 3-year starter for the Hokies and has become one of the nation’s top offensive tackles. He possesses an excellent combination of technicality and agility on the outside. Darrisaw’s hand placement and footwork is absolutely beautiful, and is one of the main reasons he will succeed as a pro.
He doesn’t have that bolstering strength, but Darrisaw is by no means weak. He’s strong enough, but he really excels when asked to move. He can handle those quicker pass rushers off the edge, which is a much higher priority for offensive tackles these days than being able to move a pile.
Whomever the quarterback is for the Bears this coming season and for years to come, Darrisaw will be the main guy to protect him. If he’s drafted to Chicago, Darrisaw is immediately slotted into the left tackle position with Leno moving over to the right. So long as the Bears don’t end up with a left-handed quarterback, Darrisaw belongs on the left side.
