Chicago Bears must look at these remaining free agents

Chicago Bears remaining free agent targets: PR/KR Pharoh Cooper
One particular position the Bears have not yet addressed this offseason is at kick returner. One of the greatest to ever do it, Cordarrelle Patterson, is unsigned and at this point, the Bears may as well bring him back.
However, if Patterson signs elsewhere and does not return to the Bears, they should look at Pharoh Cooper.
Back in 2017 with the Los Angeles Rams, Cooper was not only a Pro Bowler but an All Pro at the kick returner position. He’s a guy who has consistently returned both kicks and punts since entering the NFL as a fourth-round pick back in 2016.
Punt returner was a sore subject after Tarik Cohen went down to injury last year, and if the team signed Cooper, maybe they could allow Cohen to be used more on offense instead of as a return guy. After all, Cohen has been inconsistent as a punt returner and a lot of the times ends up trying to dance his way to yardage instead of taking the smart cut.
Cooper represents a cheap option for the Bears who could take care of filling multiple special teams roles, which could be a position the Bears somewhat ignore if they elect not to bring Patterson back.
