The Chicago Bears might need to give up two really good roster pieces to land Wilson.

Just like the last trade and pretty much any trade, multiple first and/or second-round picks will be needed in order to acquire Russell Wilson. For the roster players included, they might want more than one. The first trade here only had Khalil Mack but he is the best player on the Chicago Bears. He isn’t the same value as Wilson but there were three firsts included in that as well. Here, Roquan Smith and Eddie Jackson going back would also make sense.

Roquan is probably the most appealing part of the trade. He is a young stud at linebacker who fits into what Seattle often tries to do. He really started to show signs of being a potential superstar during the 2020 season. The Bears drafted him with the eighth overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft which says a lot about his talent. He started to put that talent to good use over the past year.

As for Eddie Jackson, he has had an up and down Bears tenure but he is really good when he is on his game. Joining Smith on Seattle’s defense would be a great upgrade for them. He is one of Ryan Pace’s few hits during his time as the Bears GM. He has shown that he can be an elite defensive back when healthy and the Seahawks could use some help in their secondary. The Seahawks might not be able to get a better package than this for Wilson.
