Chicago Bulls: Fans should want these trades to happen soon

The Chicago Bulls should target Al Horford in a trade
If Chicago cannot get either Vucevic or Collins, adding a veteran big man like Al Horford may be in their best interest. The Bulls could deal Porter and a second rounder to Oklahoma City for Horford, and then have an incredibly strong bench between he and Thad Young.
Horford may even start over Carter at this point, with Carter still getting significant minutes. Regardless, he would bring a great veteran presence to help Carter continue to develop.
Even at age 34, Horford is putting up respectable numbers at the center position: 14.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.5 assists and roughly a steal and block per game. He’s still a solid offensive option in the post and even in the mid-range, while offering a team a phenomenal passer at his size.
If the Bulls wanted to make a playoff run, getting Horford could be one of the moves that makes it happen. He would be perfect for this team, and especially under Donovan, should thrive just as he has in recent years across the league.
