The Chicago Bears upset their fan base by dealing two first-round picks for Carson Wentz

If the Eagles are truly stuck on getting multiple first-round picks for Wentz, and if the Bears are dead-set on acquiring him, then a deal like this seems as fair as it can possibly get.

For the record, the Bears should absolutely not trade multiple first rounders for Wentz. However, if they do, this is what they should be asking for in return.

The Eagles get Foles once more in this deal, along with the multiple first-round picks they have been rumored to be asking.

But, the caveat is this: the Bears get two picks in return as well, one in the second round this year and another in the third round of next year’s draft. That way, they receive the same amount of picks they’re giving up. Sure, they give up two firsts, but if Wentz really wasn’t the problem in Philadelphia last season, maybe Pace proves the curtain has been pulled over all of our faces this entire time.

Wentz in Chicago is curious. It’s interesting. It’s a scary thought, overall. There’s a total unknown about it. Could this be Pace’s last hurrah before he gets canned? Or, does Wentz prove to be the guy he once was just a short time ago and the Bears look like contenders?
