Tampa Bay Buccaneers

On the other side of the coin, there might be people who root against the Kansas City Chiefs because they are so mad that they have Mahomes and the Bears don’t. That is fair and either way of thinking can be argued but neither will ever change the situation. If anything, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are proof that adding a quarterback to a decent roster could turn things around.

They were 7-9 last year with Jameis Winston under center. A lot of people viewed them as a team that has a good roster but is a quarterback away. Does that sound familiar? Because the Bears have a good roster with no quarterback just like the 2019 Buccaneers. The Buccaneers might show the Bears that if they get that position right, everything can change for you. It is a little bit different when the GOAT is that guy who comes in, but you get the point.

You heard before that Mahomes looks like he could end up being the greatest of all time. Well, he would have to get to Brady’s ceiling. Some people like watching Tom succeed for all these years and it would cement his legacy if he added a seventh ring away from the New England Patriots. No matter what team you cheer for, it is always a treat to see the greatest do their thing on the world’s biggest stage.

Hopefully, if anything, the Bears are able to take something away from this game that can help them going forward. It is a shame that teams from Kansas City and Tampa Bay have the best chance of being on this stage. The storied franchise that is the Chicago Bears continues to struggle year in and year out and we go into the offseason wondering if it will ever change. No matter what though, the Super Bowl is great and this matchup is as good as it gets.
