47. . QB. New England Patriots. Cam Newton. 1. player

When the 2020 season first started, it looked like a big mistake that the Chicago Bears went with Nick Foles over Cam Newton. Well, they were both pretty bad in 2020. The Chicago Bears, still, should be thinking of every possible option and Newton is no exception. There is a chance that he could fit into Matt Nagy’s offense better than he did in Bill Belichick’s offense. Tom Brady already has proved that he was the system in New England so you never know how Newton would have played somewhere else if he was healthy.

In 2020, Newton was coming off a pretty big injury. He got off to a pretty good start and then he got hit by COVID-19. After that, he didn’t really have a good year. The Patriots missed the playoffs for the first time in a very long time as a result. It is already confirmed that he isn’t going back in 2021 so he can sing with whatever team offers him a contract.

If anything, Cam Newton could bring some experience to the table in Chicago. They have never had a quarterback that even came close to winning an MVP during the Super Bowl era and Newton has one of those. He also has a Super Bowl appearance and three Pro Bowl selections during the prime of his career (with the Carolina Panthers). It has been a good career for him so far and he might have one more run in him on the right team.
