player. 28. . QB. Las Vegas Raiders. Derek Carr. 4

Derek Carr has been through a lot with the Raiders organization. They went from being the Oakland Raiders to the Las Vegas Raiders, had some coaching change, and even dealt with the Antonio Brown stuff during his time there. Things haven’t been perfect and you really haven’t heard him complain or anything like that. It sounds like they might be ready to be done with him over there in Sin City and the Bears should have an eye on it.

He isn’t the first, second, or third choice on this list but he would be a massive upgrade. At least when you look at the numbers. Carr doesn’t have a good record because the Raiders have mostly been a terrible organization around him. Even in 2020 they started off strong but fell off to an 8-8 record. He has been to three pro bowls in his NFL career so he clearly would be someone worth considering if you are the Chicago Bears.

In 2020 alone, he completed 67 percent of his passes, had 4100+ pass yards, 27 touchdowns, and only nine interceptions. It wasn’t a bad year for him at all and it was for that badly ran Raiders organization. The Bears aren’t a much better ran team but they have some talent on both sides of the ball that could help Carr succeed.
